Horsin' Around

It is nice to know the right people! A friend's mother-in-law has a pony just right for the grandkids and she loves to share. She was so cute giving each child their own special ride and telling them all about Star. The ranch is just 20 minutes from our house and was amazing. Chase and Brynn had a great time channeling their inner cowboy they each inherited from Grandpa Jones:)

My friend was so nice to come over and take a few pics of my darling little boy. I love them and I love her for taking time out of her day to do this for me...
I can't get enough of this little one and I feel like my heart is going to burst each time I see him. Isn't being a mom the greatest?

See those two band-aids...they represent the reason my baby screamed for hours on end and broke Mom's and heart. He was so sad until I was able to get some drugs in him and get him to sleep. I really hate immunization days. (in case you are wondering he has a herniated belly-button)

Soccer Season

Kohl had the lonely position of Goalie, he made one great save...unfortunately there were two he just couldn't stop. After the game I asked him if he still loved soccer, his reply "I really think I will go for basketball". We don't take defeat too well.

Sunday we were able to bless Drake. Dan gave him a wonderful blessing and we were so happy to have my sister and her family come from Omaha and spend the weekend with us.

Happy Birthday Chase!

Chase loved his Spiderman, Spencer and Elijah joined him for the funMy little Chasey is now 3 (although he will tell you he is four). I asked him what he wanted for his birthday last night and he said he wanted his name to be Adam...don't have a clue where that came from. Today when I called him Adam he told me his name was Chase, so I guess that birthday wish is out the window. We celebrated last night while our cousins from Omaha were in town and had a yummy Spiderman birthday cake. Today we will hit the pool and have a neighborhood BBQ. We love our Chase!
